my new life goals

Cutting down on sugar
Working out more
Achieving a slimmer waistline
Lowering my alcohol intake (I can feel my liver smiling)
Avoiding cakes
Avoiding biscuits
Avoiding chocolate
Avoiding ice cream
Being nicer to people in general
Being nice to people I'm not generally nice to
Being NICE to people who don't deserve my time
Being nice
To save money
To try to save alot of money
To age gracefully
To be a better friend to Mother Nature
To care more the environment
To recycle more
To be better at yoga
To be more spiritually inclined (and not only pray when I'm in trouble)
To be a better friend, a better son, a better brother.

That's alot to cover but I intend to do so. Cos I feel life is all about giving out positive vibes and making the world go round.
